Actor Guru Somasundaram, who last headlined Bottle Radha, will next lead the romantic drama Paris Cafe, directed by debutant Saraj Seelan. The makers revealed the title along with the first look poster on Wednesday.

With a plot revolving around middle-aged romance, the film stars Anumol as the female lead. The film, with one more romantic track, also stars Vijay Vishwa and Archana Kumar.

Guru Somasundaram had two Tamil releases this year, with the Kudumbasthan, in which he played a comical and pesky brother-in-law to Manikandan's Naveen, and debutant Dhinakaran Sivalingam's Bottle Radha, where he played the titular tippler who is of no good to his family. He also made a cameo appearance in Basil Joseph's Maranamass.

Anumol had a lone Tamil release this year with Kaayal. Making her debut with the Tamil film Kannukulle (2010), she has starred in Multiple Tamil and Malayalam films.
