He considers Rajinikanth and Ajith Kumar to be major influences in retaining his natural look off-screen. He said, "Rajinikanth sir doesn't care about how he looks off-screen, but he is magic on-screen."

Similarly, he said he has learned from peers like Ajith Kumar that an actor's off-screen image doesn't matter.
