'Jinguchaa' from Mani Ratnam's Thug Life is a groovy wedding number

'Jinguchaa', the first single from Mani Ratnam's Thug Life, has been released by the makers online. Music for Thug Life has been composed by AR Rahman.

The song is featured in a wedding and features Sanya Malhotra singing and dancing with Silambarasan TR. Vaishali Samant, Shakthisree Gopalan and Adithya RK have provided vocals for the song, for which the lyrics are written by Kamal Haasan.

With Kamal Hassan and Silamabarasan in the lead, the film stars Trisha, Ashok Selvan, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Joju George, Abhirami, Nassar, Mahesh Manjrekar, Tanikella Bharani, Vadivukkarasi, Chinni Jayanth, Vaiyapuri, Bagavathi Perumal, Baburaj, Ali Fazal, Rohit Saraf, Arjun Chidambaram, Chetan, Rajashri Deshpande, and Malhotra.

Mani Ratnam is directing Thug Life from a script that he has written with Kamal Haasan. Other lyricists from the film include Karthik Netha, Shuba, and Siva Ananth. Ravi K Chandran is the director of photography, Sreekar Prasad is the editor, Sharmishta Roy is the production designer, and Anbariv handles the stunts.

Kamal Haasan, Mani Ratnam, R Mahendran, and Siva Ananth are producing the film with S Disney as a co-producer. B Chintu Mohapatra and Barani S are serving as executive producers on the film, with Shaad Ali and Bejoy Nambiar on board as creative producers. Madras Talkies, Raaj Kamal Films International, and Red Giant Movies are backing the film.

Mani Ratnam's Thug Life is set to be released theatrically on June 5.
