On Monday, on the occasion of Tamil New Year, the makers of Vignesh Shivan’s Love Insurance Kompany (LIK) announced that the shooting for the film has been wrapped. The film stars Pradeep Ranganathan and Krithi Shetty in lead roles.

The extended cast of LIK, which marks Vignesh’s fifth feature film, comprises Seeman, SJ Suryah, Gouri Kishan and Yogi Babu. LIK is produced by Nayanthara and SS Lalitkumar of 7 Screen Studio. LIK's production design is handled by Muthuraj Thangavel, while Pradeep E Ragav is handling editing. The cinematography is by Sathyan Sooryan.

More details regarding the LIK's plot, extended cast and a release date are yet to be announced. The makers have, however, revealed that the film will hit theatres in summer 2025.
