On Saturday, on the occasion of Sasikumar's birthday, the makers of his upcoming film Evidence unveiled a new poster of the actor. The poster features the actor casually smiling at the camera as he leans forward from a house's gate. Also starring Naveen Chandra, the film is helmed by RDM of Kavalthurai Ungal Nanban fame. 

Apart from Sasikumar and Naveen Chandra, Evidence also stars Yogi Babu and Kasthuri Raja in key roles. In an earlier conversation with CE, director RDM described the film as a "family crime thriller," which is set around Chennai and Ooty. "It will have commercial as well as emotional elements and will connect well with families," he said. 

Evidence is bankrolled by S Kathiresan under the banner Five Star Creations LLP. The film’s music is by Ron Ethan Yohann. With KS Vishnu Shri handling the cinematography, Evidence’s editing is by Deepak M. With the film's shooting wrapped in January, the makers are yet to announce a release date.
