'Mai Chirai' from Aaragan out

Aaragan will be released in theatres on October 4

The makers of Michael Thangadurai-led Aaragan released the lyrical video of 'Mai Chirai' on Saturday.

The romantic number, composed by Vivek and Jeshwanth, is sung by Mervin Solomon and Srinisha Jayaseelan and written by Hari MR.

The film's male lead, Michael Thangadurai, who made his acting debut in Kanimozhi (2010), was last seen in Ashok Selvan-led Saba Nayagan (2023). Apart from Aaragan, he also has Padhungi Paayanum Thala in his pipeline.

The film's teaser, released back in 2022, suggested that the story may revolve around mysterious and horror elements.

Aaragan has Michael Thangadurai and Kavipriya in the lead, with Arun KR directing. The film is produced by Harikaran Panchalingam under Trending Arts Productions and co-produced by Varakunan Panchalingam, Mathurathan Panchalingam, and Krishanthi Harikaran. The film's technical team has music composers Vivek & Jeshwanth, editor Sasi Dhaksha, cinematographer Surya Vaithy, and art director Jayaseelan.

The film will be released in theatres on October 4.
