It is well known that actor Suriya's upcoming film with Karthik Subbaraj is currently filming at a brisk pace. While most of the details regarding the plot, title and a tentative release date are currently under wraps, it has now come to light that the actor has finished filming for her portions in the film.

On Wednesday, actor Pooja Hegde took to her Instagram handle to share a picture of a cake that the makers of Suriya 44 had brought to her to celebrate the occasion of her completing shooting.

The makers had shot in locations like Andaman, Ooty and Kerala for the film.

The film is written and directed by Karthik Subbaraj, and backed by his banner, Stone Bench Creations, along with Suriya and Jyotika's 2D Entertainment.

Suriya 44 also stars Jayaram, Joju George and Karunakaran in pivotal roles. The yet-to-be-titled film marks Karthik's 12th directorial and his first collaboration with Suriya.

The technical crew of Suriya 44 comprises music composed by Karthik Subbaraj's regular collaborator Santhosh Narayanan, cinematography by Shreyaas Krishna, editing by Shafique Mohamed, art direction by Jackson and action choreography by Kecha Khamphakdee.
