Director-actor Sundar C is all set to reunite with Vadivelu after 15 years for the upcoming film titled Gangers. Apart from starring in the lead role, he will be directing the film as well.

The duo have previously collaborated together in films like Winner, Giri, Thalainagaram and London. Their last collaboration together was in Nagaram Marupakkam, which was released in 2010.

Gangers has Catherine Tresa as the female lead. The supporting cast also includes Bagavathi Perumal, Esakki Krishnasamy, Hareesh Peradi, Mime Gopi and Munishkanth. Details regarding the plot and release date are yet to be revealed.

On the technical crew, Gangers has C Sathya as the music composer, E Krishnasamy as the cinematographer, and Praveen Antony as editor. The film is produced by Khushbu and Sundar C under their Avni Cinemax banner. Benzz Media Pvt Ltd and ACS Arun Kumar are presenting it.

Sundar C last directed Aranmanai 4 which was a commercial success at the box office and received positive reviews. The film stars Sundar C, leading an ensemble cast that includes Tamannaah Bhatia, Raashii Khanna, Ramachandra Raju, Santhosh Prathap, Kovai Sarala, Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh and Delhi Ganesh. Up next, Sundar C has One 2 One, directed by K Thirugnanam in which he is starring opposite Anurag Kashyap.
