Jayam Ravi's upcoming film Brother will have its audio and teaser launch on September 21, the makers announced. The film, directed by M Rajesh is scheduled to hit theatres on the festive occasion of Diwali.

Sharing the news, the makers also released a small clip from the film on Jayam Ravi's birthday.

Expected to be a family entertainer Brother has music by Harris Jayaraj in his fourth collaboration with Ravi after Dhaam Dhoom (2008), Engeyum Kadhal (2011) and Vanamagan (2017) and second with Rajesh Oru Kal Oru Kannadi (2012). The film stars Priyanka Mohan as the female lead opposite Jayam Ravi with Bhoomika Chawla, Saranya Ponvannan, VTV Ganesh, Natty, Seetha, Achyuth Kumar, MS Bhaskar, Rao Ramesh, and Suresh Chakravarthy rounding out the cast. Plot details for the film are currently under wraps.

The technical crew of the film comprises cinematographer Vivekanand Santhosham and editor Abisish Joseph. Brother is produced under the banner of Screen Scene Media Entertainment.

Upon release, Brother will clash with Sivakarthikeyan's Amaran and Kavin's Bloddy Beggar at the box office.
