Filmmaker Vignesh Shivan, who last made Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, will helm Love Insurance Kompany (LIK), starring Pradeep Ranganathan and Krithi Shetty in the lead.

Vignesh Shivan revealed an update about the film on the occasion of Vinayakar Chaturthi. The director said a glimpse video of the world of LIK will be released soon. The world of LIK could lay out the rules and ways of this sci-fi romantic comedy.

Apart from the leads, the film also stars SJ Suryah, Gouri G Kishan, and Yogi Babu in prominent roles.

LIK will have music by Anirudh, who is a regular collaborator of Vignesh. It will be produced by Nayanthara and SS Lalitkumar of 7 Screen Studio. LIK's production design will be handled by Muthuraj Thangavel, while Pradeep E Ragav will handle editing. The cinematography will be by Sathyan Sooryan.

More details regarding the LIK's plot, extended cast and a release date are yet to be announced.
