Simran's next titled The Last One, husband Deepak Bagga to produce

We had earlier reported that actor Simran will next be seen in a film directed by Lokesh Kumar. The first look and the title has now revealed to be The Last One. Touted to be a horror fantasy, the upcoming film is produced by Deepak Bagga under his Four Dee Motion Pictures banner.

Lokesh Kumar has previously helmed films like My Son Is Gay and N4. He has directed four short films before making his feature film debut with My Son Is Gay. The film won four awards, including Best Film at the Indian World Film Festival and Best Debut Director at the Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival.

The Last One will be presented by Perun Enterprises. The upcoming film is currently in production. More details about the extended cast, crew, plot and a release date are expected to be announced soon. The film is set to be released in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.

Meanwhile, Simran was last seen in Andhagan, the Tamil remake of Andhadhun. In the lineup, she has director Arivazhagan's Sabdham, headlined by Aadhi Pinisetty, and Gautham Vasudev Menon's unreleased Dhruva Natchathiram, starring Vikram in the lead.
