After having starred in Pathu Thala, there wasn't much happening in the Silambarasan TR camp, except him joining Kamal Haasan-Mani Ratnam's Thug Life and the lone announcement poster of STR 48 by Desingh Periyasamy.

Coming as a reason for celebration among STR fans, the actor revealed on Saturday that his next will be a combination of his 2000s films Dum, Manmadhan and Vallavan with a Gen Z treatment to it.

The actor's tweet blew past 300k views in just an hour since he posted.

Though there is no clear indication as to the order in which the film is going to be made, the rumour mills suggest that this film he mentioned will be his 50th feature, which will also be directed by STR.

It was announced a few months ago that STR has completed dubbing for his portions in Thug Life.
