Vidaarth's Laandhar is all set to premiere on Aha Tamil on Friday. The streamer made the announcement on Monday. 

Saji Saleem is the writer and director of Laandhar, which also stars, Swetha Dorathy, Vibin, Sahana, Pasupathi Raj, and Gajaraj. The film reunited Vidaarth and Saji after their previous work together, Vidiyum Varai Kaathiru.

An excerpt from CE's review of Laandhar reads, "Laandhar fails to leverage the strength of the premise, and the amateur writing debilitates the few positives, leaving the audience questioning the story's purpose and meaning."

Laandhar stars Vidaarth as a police officer who is on the hunt for a masked killer armed with dangerous weapons. The film features editing by Barath Vikraman, cinematography by Gnana Sowmdhar, music by MS Prraveen, art direction by Kallai Deva, and stunts by Vicky. The film is produced by Shri Vishnu, with Baskar G serving as its executive producer.
