The producer of Bottle Radha, Pa Ranjith's Neelam Productions, has cleared the censorship formalities for the film, which stars Guru Somasundaram in the titular role. The Censor Board has given it a U/A certificate. The film, which marks the directorial debut of Dhinakaran Sivalingam, is slated for a December 20 release.
