The makers of Non Violence, featuring Metro Shirish, Bobby Simha and Yogi Babu in lead roles, unveiled the film's first look poster on Wednesday. The project is helmed by Ananda Krishnan, who is known for directing Metro (2016) and Kodiyil Oruvan (2021).

Backed by Lekha of AK Pictures, Non Violence also stars Aditi Balan, Adithya Kathir and Garuda Ram in supporting roles. Although the film is titled Non Violence, the protagonists seem to believe in violence as a solution as the poster features the actors holding various weapons such as a gun and an axe.

The film is set in Madurai in the 90s and will revolve around events occurring inside the premises of a prison in the city during the period. The production of Non Violence is nearing its final stage.

Non Violence has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja. NS Uthayakumar cranks the camera, Srikanth NB is on the editing table while lyrics have been written by Vivek. The film is scheduled to be released in theatres this year in Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada apart from Tamil.
