Actor Dheeraj, who was last seen in Double Tuckerr is all set to feature in his next, titled Pillaiyar Suzhi. The film is written and directed by Manoharan Periyathambi and also stars Abhinaya as the female lead. 

The extended cast of Pillaiyar Suzhi includes Revathi, Mime Gopi, Mathew Varghese, Power Star Sreenivasan, Dharshan, Jeeva Ravi, Palani Devi, and RJ Mahalakshmi. The film also stars child artists Unni Krishnan, Aarna, Farhana, and Shri Sharavan. 

Prasad DF Tech has cranked the camera for Pillaiyar Suzhi, which will also feature editing by Silambarasi V and music by Hari S.R. The film is backed by Silambarasi V of Pillaiyar Suzhi Productions in association with Air Flick, which backed Dheeraj's Double Tuckerr. 

Pillaiyar Suzhi is billed to be a film children's film and was recently selected as a finalist for the New York Film Festival. The film's production has been completed and the makers plan to release the film later this year.
