The makers of Vidaarth's Laandhar, directed by Saji Saleem, have released a new song from the film. Titled 'Ayalpirai', the song has vocals by Shakthisree Gopalan with lyrics written by Uma Devi and Deva.

This is the second time director Saji Saleem has joined hands with Vidaarth. The combination has already made a thriller film Vidiyum Varai Kaathiru.

Besides Vidaarth, the cast also comprises of Swetha Dorathy, Sahana, Vibin, Samyukthah, among others.

Earlier, the makers had released the motion poster from the film. Vidaarth plays a cop who is chasing a masked criminal.

Laandhar has editing by Barath Vikraman, cinematography by Gnana Sowmdhar, music by MS Prraveen, art direction by Kallai Deva, and stunts by Vicky. The film is produced by Shri Vishnu, with Baskar G serving as its executive producer. A release date for the film has not been announced yet.
