Earlier this year, we reported about actor Prabhu Deva and music director AR Rahman collaborating on a film after 25 years. Earlier today, Prabhu Deva shared three posters on Instagram that announce the commencement of the shoot of the film, which carries the tentative title ARRPD6. Behindwoods founder and CEO Manoj NS is writing, producing, and directing the film.

The film is reportedly a dance musical. It also stars Yogi Babu, Aju Varghese, Satz, Arjun Ashokan, Nishma Chengappa, Singampuli, Lollu Sabha Swaminathan, TSR Srinivasan, Ramar, Dr Santhosh Jacob, Redin Kingsley, Sushmitha Nayak, Rajendran, Deepa Shankar, and Ramkumar Natarajan.

It has cinematography by Anoop V Shylaja, editing by Raymond Derrick Crasta, as well as choregraphy by Sekhar VJ, Piyush Chazia, and Sandy. The director is also producing the film with Divya Manoj and Praveen Elak. Apart from Tamil, the film will release in Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam.
