Earlier, we had reported that actor Ajith Kumar has joined forces with director Magizh Thirumeni for the actor's 62nd film, titled Vidaamuyarchi, bankrolled by Lyca Productions. On Sunday, the makers unveiled the first look poster of the film.

The title follows the tagline, perseverance and triumph and the poster, which depicts Ajith walking along an endless road with a bag in his hand, has been titled "On his Path".

Apart from Ajith, the film features an ensemble cast comprising Trisha, Arjun Sarja, Arav, and Regina Cassandra, among others.

On the technical front, the film will have music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. Vidaamuyarchi will mark Anirudh's third collaboration with Ajith, after Vedhalam and Vivegam. The film has cinematography by Om Prakash and editing by NB Srikanth.

It is to be noted that Vidaamuyarchi was supposed to be directed by Vignesh Shivan. But, the filmmaker was disassociated from the project due to creative differences with the production house.

Meanwhile, Ajith, who was last seen in Thunivu, also has Adhik Ravichandran's directorial venture Good Bad Ugly in the pipeline.
