Following the success of Garudan, director Durai Senthilkumar has begun the work for his next film. The upcoming movie stars actor Legend Saravanan in the lead role and has officially gone on floors. The director announced the news through his social media handles while sharing pictures of the actor's transformation for the film.

Details regarding the plot and the cast for the yet-to-be-titled film have not been revealed yet. Legend Saravanan made his debut with the 2022 film The Legend. The action film, directed by JD–Jerry, starred himself along with Urvashi Rautela, Geethika Tiwary, Prabhu, Vivek, Suman, Yogi Babu and Nassar as supporting actors.

Meanwhile, director Durai Senthilkumar latest film Garudan had received positive reviews from critics and audience. The film starred actors Sasikumar, Unni Mukundan and Soori in lead roles with Roshini Haripriyan, Sshivada, Revathi Sharma, Samuthirakani, Vadivukkarasi, RV Udayakumar and Mime Gopi starring in supporting roles.

The director is best known for his films like Ethir Neechal, Kaaki Sattai, Kodi and Pattas.
