After the makers of Vijay Antony-starrer Mazhai Pidikkatha Manithan released their first single, 'Theera Mazhai', which essentially is a woebegone person's account, who doesn't want to submerge in the rain. The film's third single, 'Thediye Poren', says that rain is not such a bad thing.

The songs of the Vijay Milton directorial work around a particular theme.

'Thediye Poren' is penned by Muthamil, sung by Jyotsna Radhakrishna, and composed by Hari Dafusia.

Director Vijay Milton also worked as the cinematographer on this film, while Vijay Antony, Achu Rajamani, and Sourav Roy have worked as the music directors. Mazhai Pidikatha Manithan is produced by Kamal Bohra, Lalitha Dhananjayan, Pradeep B, Pankaj Bohra, and S Vikram Kumar of Infiniti Film Ventures.

Apart from Mazhai Pidikkatha Manithan, which is touted to be an action thriller, other films in his line-up like Valli Mayil, Hitler, Khakhee, and Agni Siragugal are in different stages of production. The actor was last in the romantic comedy Romeo, alongside Mirnalini Ravi, directed by Vinayak Vaithianathan. The film, simultaneously made in Telugu as Toofan, is yet to get a release date.
