The makers of Master Mahendran's Karaa unveiled the first single from the film, titled 'Magalae' on Monday. A father-daughter tribute, the song is composed by Achu Rajamani, crooned by K S Hari Sankar and penned by Madhura Kavi.

The cast of Karaa includes Master Mahendran, Sahiba Bhasin, Jeeva Thangavel, Kimaya, Rajendran, Salem Vengai, K Aiyanar, Robo Ganesan, Premnath, Gul Renjith, Virali, Guna Jee, Varghese Mathew, Yamini Joshi, and Vijay Prasad.

Karaa, written and directed by Avatar, is produced by Rajesh Kumar under the banner of Bhavani Entertainment. Cinematographer Williams, editor Greyson ACA and stunt directors Miracle Michael and 'Build up' Ravi are part of the film's technical crew.

A release date for Karaa is yet to be announced.
