Filmmaker Vignesh Shivan has penned a heartfelt note for director-actor Pradeep Ranganathan, who'll be headlining the former's Love Insurance Kompany (LIK). The film was earlier titled Love Insurance Corporation.

Vignesh wished the Love Today helmer that he scales more heights. He further wrote, "You Grow , You shine , You gain a lot of hearts ! We will cherish that , clap hands and whistle for you before the long hug 🤗 ❤️❤️❤️ Excitedly waiting to see all that’s up in your career & life with a filled heart & happy eyes ❤️❤️❤️❤️ @pradeep_ranganathan ❤️❤️❤️❤️." (sic)

He wrote the post along with the working stills from their collaboration on Pradeep's 31st birthday.

The film will have music by Anirudh, who is a regular collaborator of Vignesh. It will be produced by Nayanthara and SS Lalitkumar of 7 Screen Studio. Apart from Pradeep, the film will star Krithi Shetty and SJ Suryah in prominent roles.

The production design of the film will be done by Muthuraj Thangavel, while Pradeep E Ragav will handle editing. The cinematography will be by Sathyan Sooryan.

Vignesh Shivan's last theatrical release was the 2022 film Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, starring Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, and Samantha, while Pradeep starred in and directed the 2022 rom-com Love Today.
