Jayam Ravi on Saturday released the first single from his upcoming film Brother, titled 'Makkamishi'. The energetic number is composed by Harris Jayaraj, with lyrics by Paal Dabba, who has also sung the number.

Ravi posted the video of the song, which has him dancing to Harris' tunes with colourful background set ups. This will mark the fourth collaboration between them, following Dhaam Dhoom (2008), Engeyum Kadhal (2010), and Vanamagan (2017).

Brother will also mark the second collaboration between director M Rajesh and Harris Jayaraj following Oru Kal Oru Kannadi (2012). The film stars Priyanka Mohan as the female lead opposite Jayam Ravi with Bhoomika Chawla, Saranya Ponvannan, VTV Ganesh, Natty, Seetha, Achyuth and Rao Ramesh rounding out the cast.

The technical crew of the film, produced by Screen Scene Media Entertainment's Sundar, comprises cinematographer Vivekanand Santhosham, editor Abisish Joseph, and music director Harris Jayaraj
