Vetri's Pagalariyaan premiered on the Aha Tamil OTT platform on Friday. Helmed by Murugan, the film hit theatres on May 24 and opened to mixed reviews.

Murugan co-wrote the screenplay for Pagalariyaan along with Vignesh Gunasekar based on a story by Kishor Kumar. Murugan has also essayed the role of the antagonist in the film.

Akshaya Kandamuthan plays the female lead in Pagalariyaan, which also stars Chaplin Balu and Sai Dheena in supporting roles. Latha Murugan is producing the film under the Rishikesh Entertainment banner.

On the technical front, Pagalariyaan has music by Vivek Saro, editing by Guru Pradeep and cinematography by Abilash PMY. Murugan has penned the film's script along with Vignesh Gunasekar.
