Director R Kannan's hit film Ivan Thandhiran (2017), which starred Gautham Karthik in the lead, gets a second part with changes in the star cast.

The film's first look was officially unveiled by actor Arya on Thursday.

While the rest of the cast is yet to be announced, the first look poster features actors Saran Shakthi, Thambi Ramaiah, and Redin Kingsley, who are understood to play prominent roles in the film. The poster was captioned, "Ritchie Street Boys Are Back."

Actor Saran who has featured in pivotal roles in several big-ticket films like Jilla, Etharkkum Thunindhavan, King of Kotha, Vada Chennai, and Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire, will be playing the male lead for the second time with Ivan Thandhiran 2, with the first one being Sagaa (2019).

Cinematographer Balasubramaniem, editor Jijendran, music director Thaman S, and stunt director Silva are part of the film's technical crew.

Director R Kannan will also be producing the film under his Masala Pix banner, alongwith J Jayakrishnan of E5 Entertainment.
