Director Radhamohan is entering the OTT space with the webseries titled Chutney Sambar.

The teaser video of the web series was released by Disney+ Hotstar on Monday.

The glimpse shows a popular restaurant chain and a roadside eatery of the same name, Amudham, which are popular in sambar and chutney, respectively. Yogi Babu's character, who runs the eatery, is persuaded for his chutney recipe by those related to the big restaurateur (Nizhalgal Ravi), in exchange for their sambar recipe. It is expected that the series will focus on the drama that ensues after the exchange.

Radhamohan shares the writing credit with Pon Parthiban.

The cast of the series includes Nithin Sathya, Elango, Vani Bhojan, Samyuktha Viswanathan, Chandramouli PS, and Myna Nandhini.

Music director Ajesh, cinematographer Prasanna S Kumar, editor Jijendran Ji, and art director K Kadhirr make up the technical crew of the series, produced by Ishari K Ganeshan under the Vels Film International Ltd banner.

The streaming date of Chutney Sambar is yet to be revealed.
