The makers of Yogi Babu's upcoming Thookudurai released the second single 'Kannum Kannum' from the film on Monday. The music for the film is composed by KS Manoj while the lyrics for the songs have been penned by Eshwar. Ken Karunas has crooned the song. 

With Yogi Babu in the lead, Thookudurai also stars Ineya, Bala Saravanan, Namo Narayanan, Mahesh, Senrayan, and Ashwin. The film is written and directed by Dennis Manjunath.

In an earlier conversation with CE, director Dennis said, "Thookudurai is about a royal family and the story captures their lives across three timelines. The film will also cover how the family influences the village and the lives of the villagers. Thookudurai will be high on comedy while also having sentimental portions." Dennis has previously helmed the 2021 film, Tripp. 

Thookudurai is produced by Open Gate Pictures.  While Ravi Varma K has cranked the camera, Deepak S Dwaraknath has handled editing. The film is gearing up for release on January 25.
