Vishnu Vishal joins hands with director Gokul for his next

The film will go on floors once Vishnu Vishal completes his current line-up of films

Director Gokul, who last directed Anbirkiniyal, a remake of the Malayalam film Helen, is joining hands with actor Vishnu Vishal for his next project. The film will be bankrolled by the actor under his Vishnu Vishal Studioz banner.

The film, tentatively titled Vishnu Vishal Studioz - Production Number 10, is said to be a wacky, high-octane entertainer made on a big budget, and will be based on a true story. 

Sharing the news, Vishnu Vishal said, "Extremely happy to share the official announcement of my next - joining hands with Director Gokul for a Badass entertainer. Got really excited on hearing this wacky, high-octane action script based on a true story. Can't wait to get started soon."

Vishnu Vishal Studioz - Production No. 10 will go on floors once Vishnu Vishal completes his current line-up of films. Although not many details regarding the film are out, it is said that it is in its initial stages of production, and the cast and crew of the project will be finalised and announced soon. 

Director Gokul, known for films like Rowthiram, Idharkuthane Aasaipattai Balakumara and Kaashmora, is gearing up for his upcoming film Singapore Saloon which hits theatres on January 25. Starring RJ Balaji in the lead role, the film also has Sathyaraj, Lal, Robo Shankar, Meenakshi Chaudhary, and Kishen Das, among others in the cast.

Vishnu Vishal, who last starred in the 2022 film Gatta Kusthi, has Lal Salaam, directed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth up for release.
