The makers of the upcoming Tamil film Rasavathi, starring Arjun Das in the lead role, unveiled the film's teaser on Friday. 

The teaser opens with a calm and poised Arjun Das caressing a horse. The calmness in the music fades as various characters are introduced with visuals, instilling a sense of tension.

Rasavathi is written, directed and produced by Santhakumar, who previously made Mounaguru and Magamuni. In an earlier conversation with CE, he said, "Relationship is the central focus of this film. Romance was just a peripheral aspect in my first two films. But in Rasavathi, the scope of romance is much more as the film explores the issues in relationships as well,"

The film also stars Tanya Ravichandran, Ramya Subramanian, GM Sundar, Sujith Shankar, Reshma Venkatesh, Sujatha, and Rishikanth play pivotal roles. 

The film has music scored by S Thaman. The technical crew consists of Saravanan Elavarasu and Shiva GRN. VJ Sabu Joseph is the editor.
