The romantic melody, 'Saaral Aagindra Mazhai' video song from Rakshan's upcoming Marakkuma Nenjam was unveiled by the makers on Friday. Shweta Mohan has sung the melody, which is composed by Sachin Warrier and has verses by Thamarai. 

Directed by Yoagandran, Marakkuma Nenjam marks  Rakshan's debut film as the lead character. Billed as a coming-of-age film, Marakkuma Nenjam is Yoagandran's second film after Methagu 2. The film is backed by Filia Entertainment and Kuviyam Mediaworks and is said to be shot in places like Kanyakumari. 

Apart from Rakshan, the film also stars Vishaka Dhiman, 'Prankster' Rahul, Dheena, and KPY Rajkumar. The technical crew of Marakkuma Nenjam also includes cinematography and editing by Gopi Duraisamy and Shashank Malik, respectively. 

A release date for Marakkuma Nenjam is yet to be announced.
