Manikandan's Lover clears censorship formalities

The film, which also stars Gouri Priya Reddy, is helmed by debutant Prabhuram Vyas

The makers of Manikandan's upcoming Lover, announced on Wednesday that the film has completed censorship formalities with a U/A certificate. The film, which also stars Gouri Priya Reddy is gearing up for release on February 9. 

Lover is written and helmed by Prabhuram Vyas, who previously helmed the YouTube series, LIVIN. Kanna Ravi stars in a prominent role in Lover which will also feature Saravanan, Geetha Kailasam, Harish Kumar, Nikhila Shankar, Rini, Pintu Pandu and Arunachaleshwaran, in supporting roles. 

The film's technical crew includes Shreyaas Krishna as the cinematographer, Barath Vikraman as the editor and Rajkamal as the production designer. 

Million Dollar Studios and M R P Entertainment, who backed Manikandan's hit film Good Night, are also producing Lover.
