The makers of actor Mugen Rao's Jinn—The Pet released the film's teaser on Wednesday. The glimpse was officially launched by actor-music composer Vijay Antony and director Pa Ranjith.

The teaser shows Mugen curious about the supernatural creature Jinn. For some unknown reasons, he decides to make a neutralised Jinn his pet and take it home. He gets into trouble both in his life after its advent. The glimpse doesn't reveal if Mugen's character is a paranormal researcher.

The makers of the film, starring Bhavya Trikha as the female lead, already released 'LaLaLa', 'Kuttyma', 'Konjam Pakkam Vaa', and 'Bore Aana Vaazhkha'.

Directed by TR Bala, the film also has Bhavya Trikha as the female lead. Bala is producing Jinn under the Fairy Tale Pictures banner. The film also features Balasaravanan, Imaan Annachi, Vadivukarasi, Vinodhini, George Vijay and Rithvik.

Jinn's technical crew includes DOP Arjun Raja, editor Deepak and art director Dinesh Kumar. Meanwhile, Mugen was last seen in MY3, starring Hansika Motwani and Shanthanu Bhagyaraj in lead roles. He has a handful of projects, including Vettri, Madhil Mel Kaadhal and Kaadhal Enbathu Saabama, in various stages of production.

The film's makers are yet to reveal the release date.
