Bharath's upcoming Once Upon a Time in Madras has cleared censorship formalities with an 'A' certificate. The film's runtime has been announced to be 120 minutes. A hyperlink thriller, the film is directed by debut director Prasadh Murugan and also stars Abirami and Anjali Nair.

Once Upon a Time in Madras also stars Shaan, Thalaivasal Vijay, PGS, Rajaji, Pavithra Lakshmi, Syed, Kalki, and Sini, among others. The previously released teaser of the film shows various dwellers of the Madras city. Bharath seems to be a commoner, while Abhirami plays a sanitation worker. The fates of all of these individuals, who seem to be strangers, intertwine and bring them to a common point.

Once Upon A Time In Madras is produced by MP Anand under Friday Film Factory and co-produced by Haroon, Bala, and PGS. On the technical front, the film has editing by San Lokesh, cinematography by K S Kalidoss and R Kannan, music by Jose Franklin, and stunts by Sugan.

Once Upon A Time In Madras is all set to hit theatres on December 13.
