GV Prakash Kumar begins dubbing for Blackmail

The crime drama Blackmail, directed by Mu Maran and starring GV Prakash Kumar, has entered its final stages of production. Earlier today, its production banner, Jayakodi Amalraj's JDS Film Factory announced that the dubbing work for the film commenced with the lead actor lending his voice to his character. The filmmaker said, "We are happy that the film is progressing at the right pace as planned. We have already completed shooting the film, and the postproduction work is briskly nearing completion. GV Prakash Kumar despite his busy schedules as actor and music director, has shown complete cooperation for this film. He has started dubbing his portions, and we will be soon wrapping up the entire process."

According to the makers, Blackmail promises to be a gripping thriller that will have "unexpected twists and turns". It stars Teju Ashwini in the female lead. Srikanth, Bindu Madhavi, Vettai Muthukumar, Redin Kingsley, Ramesh Thilak, Hari Priya, and other notable actors play key roles in the film.

The technical team of Blackmail includes composer, D Imman, editor San Lokesh, and cinematographer Gokul Benoy, known for his work on the recent Jiiva starrer Black.
