Actor Sathish's upcoming film, Sattam En Kaiyil, now has a release date. On Sunday, the makers of the film announced that it is scheduled to hit theatres on September 20. 

Sattam En Kaiyil is directed by Chachhi, who previously directed Sixer, which also starred Sathish in a comical role. It may be noted that Chachi is the brother-in-law of Sathish. 

Contrary to Sixer, Sattam En Kaiyil is expected to be a serious film. Apart from Sathish, the film also stars Vidya Pradeep, Ajay Raj, Pavel Navageethan, Riythvika, and Venba.

The technical crew of Sattam En Kaiyil comprises DOP P G Muthaiya, music composer M S Jones, editor Martin Titus A, art director Pasar N K Rahul, and stunt choreographers Ram Kumar and Suresh. J M Raja has written the dialogue for the upcoming film. 

Sattam En Kaiyil is produced by Bharathwaj Muralikrishnan, Anandhakrishnan Shanmugam of Shanmugam Creations, and Sriram Sathyanarayanan of Seeds Entertainment. The film is set to be released in Tamil Nadu by PVR.
