Actor Nikhil Nair's character poster from Ajith's upcoming film Vidaamuyarchi has been shared by the makers. Earlier, the posters of other members of the cast including Trisha, Arjun Sarja, Arav and Regina Cassandra were released.

The much-anticipated film, billed as a thriller, is written and directed by Magizh Thirumeni and is backed by Lyca Productions. Details regarding the plot are currently under wraps.

The shooting for Vidaamuyarchi began in October 2023. The film was initially supposed to be helmed by Vignesh Shivan, who was later replaced by Magizh Thirumeni.

The technical crew of Vidaamuyarchi includes cinematographer Nirav Shah, editor NB Srikanth, and music composer Anirudh Ravichander. The film's post-theatrical digital rights have been bagged by Netflix. A release date is yet to be announced by the makers.
