The makers of Ajith Kumar's next action thriller, Vidaamuyarchi, directed by Magizh Thirumeni, have dropped the look poster for Arav, who is also expected to have been cast in a pivotal role.

His image is seen as an inset in the silhouette of Ajith.

This film is the second collaboration between Arav and Magizh Thirumeni. The actor has previously starred in the filmmaker's Kalaga Thalaivan, in which Udhayanidhi Stalin played the lead.

The upcoming film, billed as a thriller, is written and directed by Magizh Thirumeni and is backed by Lyca Productions. The film will also reportedly star Trisha, Arjun Sarja, and Regina Cassandra.

The shooting for Vidaamuyarchi began in October 2023. The film was initially supposed to be helmed by Vignesh Shivan, who was later replaced by Magizh Thirumeni.

The technical crew of Vidaamuyarchi includes cinematographer Nirav Shah, editor NB Srikanth, and music composer Anirudh Ravichander. The film's post-theatrical digital rights have been bagged by Netflix.
