The film released in theatres on August 2

The recently released comedy film Vasco Da Gama, starring Nakkhul and Arthana Binu in lead, has got its OTT rights sold on Wednesday.

The makers announced on social media that the film will be streaming on Amazon Prime Video soon.

The CE review of the film reads, "Vasco Da Gama was enjoyable for its witty commentaries on current and past political events, and we wish the film could have kept its focus on that. To deviate from that and repeat the most mundane story of a hopeless romantic and a responsible son is like throwing away the wheat and retaining the chaff. "

Vasco Da Gama is written and directed by RGK. Apart from Nakkhul, the film also stars KS Ravikumar, Arthana Binu, Vamsi Krishna, Anandraj, Mansoor Ali Khan, Munishkanth, Redin Kingsley, Premkumar, TM Karthik, Badava Gopi, Namo Narayana, and Ravi Mariya, among others.

On the technical team, Vasco Da Gama comprises cinematographer NS Sathish Kumar and edtior Tamil Kumaran. The film is bankrolled by Dato Subhaskharan under his 5656 Productions.

The film released in theatres on August 2.
