The makers of Vijay Antony's recently released film, Mazhai Pidikkatha Manithan, made an announcement regarding a song release.

Accordingly, the video song 'Dhinamum Kaanum', which is described as philosophical, is composed by Vagu Mazan, sung by Vagu with Vijay Antony, and written by Vandana Mazan.

Mazhai Pidikkatha Manithan released on August 2 to mixed response from audience and critics. The CE review of the film read, "Mazhai Pidikatha Manithan diligently follows every beat of the retired-soldier-comes-back-to-hunt-bad-guys trope. And beneath layers of bad execution, you can see that it could have almost succeeded. However, the issues with MPM are varied and they overlap in such a way that it becomes difficult to look past them and enjoy the story alone."

Apart from Vijay Antony, the action thriller also stars Sathyaraj, Sarath Kumar, Megha Akash, Dhananjay, Murali Sharma, Sharanya Ponvannan, Thalaivasal Vijay and Pruthvi Ambaar, among others.

Director Vijay Milton has doubled down as the film's cinematographer as well, while Vijay Antony and Achu Rajamani have worked on the music, and Praveen KL handled the cuts.

Mazhai Pidikkatha Manithan is produced by Kamal Bohra, Lalitha Dhananjayan, Pradeep B, Pankaj Bohra, and S Vikram Kumar of Infiniti Film Ventures.
