In the memory of actor Vivekh who also was an environmental activist, actors Vaibhav and Cell Murugan planted saplings on the late actor's third death anniversary on April 17.

The team of Vaibhav's 27th film partook in the planting event.

Actor Vivekh envisioned to plant 100 crore tree saplings as a part of the Green Kalam initiative in 2010 taking a leaf out of former Indian president Abdul Kalam's environmentalism. The actor's mission was left incomplete after his demise in 2021.

Vaibhav joins the list of several celebrities who have taken a pledge to complete Vivekh's mission.

Apart from his 27th film, Vaibhav will also feature in Vijay's 68th film Greatest Of All Time (GOAT) directed by Venkat Prabhu.
