After finding its feet with limited series Heart Beat, Mathagam, and Label, Disney+ Hotstar looks to continue its successful run with a new series Uppu Puli Kaaram.

The series was unveiled on Sunday on the occasion of Tamil New Year.

According to the makers, the series will focus on modern love and relationship in an entertaining way.

The ensemble cast of Uppu Puli Kaaram includes Ponvannan, Vanitha, Ayesha, Naveen, Ashwini, Dheepika, Krishna, Farina and Raj Ayyappa among others.

Uppu Puli Kaaram's production is handled by Vikatan Televistas, which has already produced the horror series, November Story, starring Tamannaah in lead, for Hotstar in 2021. The series is being directed by M.Ramesh Baarathi. It has music by Sheik and cinematography by Parthiban and Sathish Kumar.

The streaming date of the series is yet to be announced.
