Sequel to the hit time-travel comedy film Indru Netru Naalai has been officially announced on Friday.

The second part has been kick started with a formal pooja in Chennai.

The film will be directed Ravikumar, who made the first one. However, the makers are still on the lookout for the lead since Vishnu Vishal, who played the protagonist in the first part, will not be returning.

Indru Netru Naalai (2015) follows two friends Elango (Vishnu) and Arumugam (Karunakaran) who utilise a time machine they found to meet their ends. But in the turn of event they land in trouble.

Director Ravikumar previously helmed Sivakarthikeyan's Ayalaan which released for Pongal this year.
