Chandramukhi 2, the recently releasd Tamil film starring actors Raghava Lawrence and Kangana Ranaut in the lead roles, will premiere on Netflix on October 26. The film will be available in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi.

Chandramukhi 2 is the sequel to the 2005 film Chandramukhi. P Vasu, who helmed the former, also directed the sequel. The film features Raghava Lawrence as King Vettaiyan Raja while Kangana Ranaut plays the titular character Chandramukhi. The film traces the origins of the iconic Chandramukhi dancer and her long-standing feud with tyrant king Vettaiyan.

The film is backed by Lyca Productions. Apart from Raghava Lawrence and Kangana Ranaut, Chandramukhi 2 features an ensemble cast including Vadivelu, Radhika Sarathkumar, Mahima Nambiar, Lakshmi Menon, Ravi Maria, and Shrushti Dange, among others.

The film has cinematography by RD Rajasekar and editing by Lewellyn Gonsalvez.
