Actor Arjun unveiled a new poster from his upcoming film Virundhu, directed by Thamara Kannan. Virundhu is a Tamil-Malayalam bilingual film starring Nikki Galrani, Aju Varghese, Asha Sharath and Baiju Santhosh, among others.

In Malayalam, the film has been titled Virunnu. Filmmaker Thamara Kannan has helmed several Malayalam films like Varal (2022), Udumbu (2021), Vidhi: The Verdict (2021), Pattabhiraman (2019) and more.

Sharing the first look poster on his social media handles, Arjun said, "Get ready for the action feast, sharing the poster for my upcoming film Virunnu."

Virunnu/Virundhu marks Arjun’s fourth Malayalam film after Vandae Maatharam, Jack & Daniel and Marakkar: Arabikkadalinte Simham.

An earlier poster that was released back in July has the characters in the backdrop of a symbol that represents Illuminati. A teaser was also released for the film in September. The film is expected to explore themes of occult rituals and satanic cults.

Meanwhile, Arjun was seen as Harold Das in the recently released Vijay film Leo, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.

Virundhu is produced by Gireesh Neyyar under his banner Neyyar Films. The script is by Dinesh Pallath while cinematography is handled by Ravi Chandran and Pradeep Nair.
