Suhasini mourns the demise of Sarath Babu: From my first film, you were my strength and guide

Following the demise of veteran actor Sarath Babu, actor Suhasini took to her social media handle to express her condolences.

Sharing a collage of photos featuring Sarath Babu and her including film stills, she wrote, "An association and friendship of 42 years comes to an end. Will miss you Sharath anna. From my first film, you were my strength and guide. Lucky to have worked with you. A thorough gentleman and a fine actor." 

It may be noted that Sarath Babu was reportedly under treatment for multi-organ damage. After his condition worsened, he breathed his last on Monday. He was 71.

Sarath Babu, who made his debut in a Telugu film, Rama Rajyam, in 1973, became famous for his work in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi films. Sarath Babu has bagged Nandi awards three times for best acting in supporting roles.
