The release date of actor Mahat's next, Kaadhal Conditions Apply, was announced by the makers on Monday. Starring Sana Makbul as the female lead, the film is all set to release on June 16. 

Helmed by R Aravind, Kaadhal Conditions Apply also stars Venkat Prabhu, Dhivya Dharshini, Vivek Prasanna, Abhishek Rajaa, Maheshwari, and late actor Manobala. The film is produced by Ravichandran's Libra Productions and Nithin Sathyaa's Shvedh Group. 

The technical crew for Kaadhal Conditions Apply includes Karthick Nallamuthu behind the camera, Anand Geraldin on the edit, and Let's Get Married director Ramesh Thamilmani composing the music. 

On the work front, Mahat was last seen in his Hindi debut Double XL. Apart from Kaadhal Conditions Apply, he also has Kettavanu Peruyedhutha Nalavanda, and Ivan Than Uthaman in his pipeline. He has also made an extended cameo appearance in Maruthu Nagar Police Station, which is set to release on May 19.
