The trailer of Flashback, the upcoming film starring Prabhudheva and Regina Cassandra in the lead roles, was released on social media on Friday.

The trailer shows Prabhudheva playing a writer, at the same times takes us back to a period setting where a young boy is shown to be attracted to an older woman played by Regina. The film appears to be a coming-of-age story and will explore the themes of infactuation, adoration, and attraction. The film appears to be a period drama set against the backdrop of hill station like Kodaikanal.

Anasuya Bharadwaj, Vijay Vishwa, Ilavarasu, Umariyaz, Chaams are also part of the cast. Written and directed by Don Sandy who earlier helmed the 2019 Tamil heist film Gorilla, the film is backed by Ramesh P Pillai under Abhishek Films banner.

The music is composed by Sam CS and S Yuva has handled the cinematography. San Lokesh is the editor. A release date for Flashback is yet to be announced.
