Last year in December, Ajith Kumar completed the first leg of his world bike tout by riding through all the states in India. The latest report is that Ajith will begin his second leg of the world motorcycling tour after completing his project with Lyca Production. Taking to his social media handle, the actor's PRO Suresh Chandra said the tour is for a cause-- Ride for mutual respect. He earlier noted that completing the first leg is quite an achievement considering the love he gets wherever he travels in India.

It may be noted that Ajith will be collaborating with Magizh Thirumeni for AK62. The pooja recently happened at the Lyca Productions' office. Initially, AK62 was supposed to be directed by Vignesh Shivan. But the filmmaker was disassociated from the project due to undisclosed reasons. It is confirmed that composer Anirudh, who had previously worked with Ajith in Vedhalam and Vivegam, will be reuniting with the actor. The film has cinematography by Nirav Shah. He collaborated with Ajith in Billa, Nerkonda Paarvai, Valimai and the recently released Thunivu.
