On Tuesday, the makers of Azhagiya Kanne launched the film's trailer. Directed by R Vijaya Kumar, the film stars Leo Sivakumar and Sachita Shetty in lead roles. 

The trailer starts with Leo narrating the story of a prospective film. We then realise that he narrates his own life story, in which he falls in love with Sanchita's character. In the process of filmmaking, he goes through various obstacles. Whether or not he becomes a filmmaker forms the rest of the story. The trailer also hints at a cameo appearance of Vijay Sethupathi. 

Azhagiya Kanne also stars Sujatha and Prabhu Solomon in important roles. Produced by Esthell Entertainer, the film is presented by the Kannan Ravi Group. With music by N R Raghunanthan, Azhagiya Kanne has cinematography by Ashok Kumar and editing by Sangathamizhan. 

The film is all set to hit theatres on June 23.
